FAQs

How do I secure my date?

We require a deposit to confirm your booking with us. This amount can either be redeemed against your bill, or refunded onto the original payment card after your event.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Yes, the pub and our private hire room are all on one level, as is the small terrace that’s included in the private hire of the Moorings. The rest of the pub garden is accessed via one step. Some of our bedrooms are on the ground floor, but our 1st & 2nd floors can be accessed via a lift. Unfortunately our Boutique & Feature Boutique rooms are located up a set of stairs.

Do you have onsite parking?

Yes, we have plenty of free on-site parking. You’ll just need to collect a token from the bar or reception for the barrier when you’re ready to leave.

Can I decorate the space?

You’re more than welcome to decorate the space you’ve booked. We do ask that you tie decorations, rather than using Blu Tack or Sellotape.

Do you cater for vegetarians & vegans?

Of course. We have a varied menu to suit dietary requirements.

Can I bring a cake?

Absolutely. Please feel free to bring a celebration cake, however, we will cater all other food & drinks.

The New Bridge Hotel Exceeds

Organised an event for the club, so 31 of us on a busy bank holiday weekend. The staff were excellent, everyone said they loved the food so all in all a wonderful event. Sonia sorted out a set menu price for me so it was easy to rally the troops at the end. Will definitely be using them again.

Auntie Jean’s 90th birthday

As always the service was excellent, the view of the river lovely and food first rate. But extra credit this time to our waiter who positively knocked himself out to be helpful and pleasant. As it was Auntie Jean’s 90th birthday he brought our cake to the table with lit candles singing ‘Happy Birthday’ to give us the lead.

Simply marvellous evening!

We had a wonderful evening and would highly recommend a visit. We started our evening with drinks in the garden, enjoying wonderful views over the river. The food was delicious and staff were excellent.
